Spell Books [Aurora] « Thread Started on Aug 21, 2007, 9:50pm »
Chris sighed as he looked through the numerous spell books that the library had. He knew sometimes this was the best place to look for spells in certain books that were no longer in print and he didnt have access to. He ran his hand through his hair in a frustrated manner as he was getting no where, not one book could give him a real spell to vanquish a powerful source, they of course mentioned the source, but the spells were fake, no way they would work against a powerful being such as the source. He sat in the library study room and sighed loudly as he was the only one in the room. He hated not being able to find what he needed, always drove him rather mad.

Aurora had been going threw the books of the library it was a regualr weekend/ weekday/anytime she wasn't working type of thing to do for her she like ate books and well the ones in her apartment weren't usueful anymore as they where mostly family spellboks and texts from far away from her granny..and she was way past that anyway as she had gone threw them years ago.
She combed threw culinary books, nursing books and a few rouge spell books she wanted to laugh at for a while since most were phonies, this made the stack in her arms go just about to the top of her head making her look rather funny and she was glad that the place was nearly deserted too less laughing at her more reading.
She had nearly made it to the table where she knew sat the best and most comfy chairs before poof her clumsy and previously lanky ways kicked in and she did a face plant on the carpet her books flying and hitting various tables nearby her.

Chris heard a noise and looked upward and saw a girl fall foward, he got up and helped her up, helping her pick up her books and sat them on a near by table. "You really shouldnt try and carry that many....there is a cart that you could have pushed over to our far right so you wouldnt have to carry them." He said smiling at her as he looked her over. "Are you ok?" He asked, wanting to make sure she was fine.

Aurora was glad he was helping her but she still turned a bright shade of cherry tomato red at his comment "I always carry that many books..I just got a case of the clumsy's again" she with a sheepish grin 'I'm okay I've taken worse falls in my judo class..just a bruised ego that's all" she said brushing a wrinkle out of her shirt it wasn't everyday that she embaressed herself infront of a guy and pishy farts he had to be cute.

Chris smiled at her, glad she waso k. "Well at least your ok. and dont worry about the Ego, it happens to everyone, theres many a time I've fallen down my attic stairs, luckly I didnt get hurt and there was no one around to see...." He said with a smile. He noted one book in particular that sh had in the stack with the words worlds of witch craft written on it. He wondered if she was really a witch, or just a wanna be. "Interesting book there..." He said picking it up and handing it to her so she would know the one he was talking about.

Aurora looked at it for a moment and laughed "Yeah an interesting read if your wanting a laugh most of these spell books are fakes.. my nana has books in her library that would make grown men scream in horror of it or stare in awe" she said with a grin "These can't even rhyme really well my own books are better than these and much older too" she said thumbing threw a few pages of it.

Chris blinked, he couldnt tell if she was a real witch but he did sense alittle power. "Ah, the spells are interesting ones, but sometimes you find one thats worth trying out..." He said rather suprised she was open to someone knowing she was an apparent witch, usually he tried to hide who he was.
Aurora smiled "Yeah I tried one or two when I was younger...erm backfired worse than anything" she said with a grin "Of course I was young..stupid and doing the spells for all the wrong reasons" she said putting the book back into the stack "So are you truely witch related or just curious about me...because your like really confusing" she said with a slight smirk.
